Gregory Ramirez
Gregory Ramirez has been teaching English full-time at Madera Community College Center
                     (MCCC)—an off-campus site of Reedley College—since the fall 2008 semester. He earned
                     his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from California State University, Fresno (CSUF)
                     and prior to teaching at MCCC taught at Fresno City College, College of the Sequoias,
                     and University of Phoenix (in Fresno). He has also had poetry published in various
                     journals and anthologies, including The Broad River Review, Hawai’i Pacific Review, and Cantos. During his time at MCCC, he has served as Madera-Oakhurst Faculty President, been
                     active in the California Acceleration Project’s (CAP) Community of Practice, and presented
                     at various conferences, most recently at the 2017 ACCJC Conference in Irvine.
