Kelaiah began her career at Foothill College in 2016 as an Administrative Assistant
in the Equity Office, where she supported learning communities, professional development,
and initiatives aimed at reducing student barriers and addressing student needs. In
2017, she transitioned to the Office of Instruction, serving as a Program Coordinator
with a focus on improving student outcomes through Institutional Effectiveness, Accreditation,
and Program Review efforts.
In 2025, Kelaiah joined the Workforce Development & CTE Team as the Interim Grants
Administrator, where she manages state and federal funding that supports Career Technical
Education (CTE) programs. She holds a bachelor’s degree from San José State University
and a master’s degree from the University of Southern California.
Kelaiah is driven by a passion for problem-solving, creative thinking, and leading
collaborative projects. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling and spending time with
her family.
