James Lapine and Stephen Sondheim created a fractured fairy tale that combines the stories of Cinderella, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and the Beanstalk and more in a complex, funny, dark and touching world of broken promises, witches curses, and wishes that do come true (whether you want them to or not).
