Student Voices: Chatting about AI
The AI Learning Community in collaboration with the Science Learning Institute, Emerging Technologies Institute, and STEM division would like to invite you to join us at a student panel on AI where students from different disciplines share their unique perspectives on artificial intelligence (AI) as they answer questions about:

Their feelings and attitudes towards AI

How much (or little) they use AI and the ways they incorporate it into their daily lives

Their thoughts on AI in the classroom
This is a great opportunity to better understand how AI is shaping the learning experience at Foothill College and how we, as a community, can approach this evolving technology. We look forward to sharing this insightful conversation with you. Feel free to bring your questions and ideas!

Playing with AI
Curious about AI but unsure where to start? Whether you're new to artificial intelligence or looking to enhance your skills, this hands-on workshop invites participants of all levels to explore the creative and practical potential of AI tools. Discover the art of creating effective prompts and dive into experimenting with AI in a fun, collaborative environment. Come play, learn, and see where AI can take you!
This workshop will be led by Sally Baldwin, Ed.D., an experienced educator and instructional design expert specializing in technology integration and innovative teaching practices. With certifications in Peer Online Course Review and expertise in leveraging AI tools for education, she empowers faculty and students alike to enhance learning through emerging technologies.
